: Those who commit the offense according to the following section of Section 22 will be punished as follows:-
(a) Whoever commits an offense under clauses (a), (b) and (c) shall be punished with confiscation of the property and a fine or imprisonment up to one year or both.
(b) Whoever commits an offense contrary to Clause (d) will be fined up to one thousand rupees depending on the nature of the offence.
